Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship outdoor kitchen islands anywhere in Florida. We do not currently ship outside Florida.
What it costs. Free. Freight is included in the price of every island. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout and no surcharge by county.
How long it takes. Islands normally ship within 7 to 10 business days of your order. Transit is typically a further 6 to 9 business days depending on where in Florida you are. We email you the carrier and a delivery window once your island leaves the factory. Lead times are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If the factory quotes us a longer lead time on your finish or door style, we tell you before your order is released to production, not after.
How it arrives. Your island ships on a pallet by freight carrier and is delivered kerbside on a lift gate truck. Kerbside means the driver brings it to the edge of your driveway. Moving it to the lanai and setting it up is either your job, using the manufacturer's manual and video, or ours if you have added Brisa installation. Someone over 18 must be there to receive it and sign for it. The carrier calls ahead to arrange a window.
What to do when it arrives. Inspect the pallet before the driver leaves, and photograph it wrapped and then unwrapped. If you can see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and tell us. If you find damage after the driver has gone, send us photographs of the island and the packaging as soon as you can, and keep the packaging until the island has been checked. Signing a clean delivery receipt does not stop you making a damage claim. We handle the freight claim with the carrier and the factory. You do not deal with either of them.
